I saw this advertisement at the Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow in 2008 and still remember it. “The capital of my country is the only one in Europe where the sun goes down to the ocean”. And I want to see the ocean again so much.

Never assign people to work in a group to do simple mechanic tasks which they can quickly do personally. Group performance can be more successful than individual work only if the whole problem is challenging. Otherwise, it is just a waste of time.
